Spices roaster machine is a stainless steel drum roastig machine which can be heated by electric and gas. It can be widely used to roast sesame seed, spcies, peanut, flour roaster machine. So how does an electric roaster work?
After the higher part of the drum is fed, the material comes into contact with the hot air and as the drum rotates, the material flows to the lower end under the action of gravity and is discharged after being dried. As the spices roaster is working under negative pressure, the feed and discharge ends are sealed to avoid air leakage. Dry wet material from the belt conveyor or bucket elevator to the hopper, and then through the hopper feeding machine through the feeding pipe into the feeding end. Feed pipe slope is greater than the natural inclination of the material, so that the material flows smoothly into the dryer.
