Introduction of Automatic Chocolate Depositing Production Line:
This machine is a special advanced equipment for chocolate depositing. It integrates mechanical, electrical and pneumatic control. The whole automatic chocolate depositing production process includes automatic working procedures such as drying, pouring, oscillating, cooling, demoulding and conveying. Fully automatic, high efficiency, chocolate has better appearance, taste and quality.
Structure of Automatic Chocolate Bar Depositing Machine
The chocolate depositing production line is composed of a preheating chamber, a drying chamber, a casting chamber, a tapping chamber, a cooling chamber, a stripping chamber, and a conveyor belt connecting the chambers and a PLC control system for controlling the operation of each chamber and the conveyor belt, the preheating chamber. The openable cavity is closely connected to the opening and closing partition provided in the middle.

Single-head depositing machine can produce pure chocolate, sandwich chocolate, double-color chocolate, whole-nut chocolate, broken-nut chocolate, wafer chocolate and other products.
Standard depositing head can produce chocolate products within 500g, but also can be customized within 1kg of large depositor head for the production of bulk chocolate, chocolate bar.
