Structure of Continuous Seasoning Machine for Snacks:
The equipment consists of bracket, drum, drum drive system, powder spraying system, powder spraying transmission system, distribution panel and other major parts.
Working Principle of Commercial Snack Seasoning Machine:
The snacks falls into the drum and is driven upward by the stirring blade. It falls from the top and mixes with the seasoning powder. During the working process, there is always seasoning in the powder sprinkling box. When the seasoning is insufficient, it should be added in time.
Operation Steps of Continuous Type Seasoning Machine
(1) plug the equipment into power supply. This equipment adopts the input of 220v power supply, the output roller motor is 380v, and the powder sprinkling motor is 220v
(2) start the drum motor, and the drum will slowly start up to the normal speed. Start the dusting motor and start the dusting device.
(3) the raw materials that need to be mixed for seasoning shall be sent to the seasoning machine continuously by conveyor or manual slow from the inlet end
(4) open the powder sprinkling motor to spray the seasoning evenly in the roller;
(5) inspect all operating parts and make sure that they can work after normal operation.
(6) if the rotating speed is too high, turn the frequency converter knob to the left, and the rotating speed can be slow, not lower than 70% of the rotating speed
(7) if the material moves too fast in the roller, the slope of the roller can be reduced and the slope of the roller can be increased if it is too slow.
