Factory inspection of paste grinding mill

1. each colloid mill must be inspected by the inspection department of the factory, and a certificate of compliance must be issued before leaving the factory.

2. each colloid mill must carry out 30-minute no-load test at rated speed before leaving the factory. The product should meet the following requirements.

1) the machine operates normally and steadily without any abnormal sound. The operating device is flexible and reliable.

2) the connectors and fasteners must not be loosened.

3) in batches of products, at least two samples shall be sampled and tested every year. The results shall comply with the regulations.

4) when the ordering unit accepts the product, it should be accepted according to this standard. If it is not qualified, the manufacturer shall re-submit the inspection after the repair.

In the case that the unit in use complies with the manufacturer's instructions for use of the mixer, the manufacturer shall repair, replace, and return the unit within one year from the date of purchase, if any damage occurs due to poor manufacturing quality.
