The Difference Between Colloid Mill and Polishing Machine

Colloid mill and the polishing machine is certainly not the same kind of equipment, because the polishing machine is a kind of material can be labeled as a paste device, soya milk machine can be considered. Colloid mill is different, it can crush the fineness higher, but must be colloidal or water, can not be hard.

 

A colloid mill is an electric machine for grinding particles. It usually has a funnel shaped entrance, the middle is the main machine (grinding plate) and the lower is the outlet. You can adjust the spacing between the grinding disc to control the size of the grinding material size.

 

Paste machine are generally 3200 rpm, the best to reach 4800 rpm, do not have to heat the wall directly cooked it!
